As predicted by McKinsey, by 2025, the value of global luxury market will rise by RMB 1 trillion , reaching RMB 2.7 trillion, and Chinese consumers will digest 44% of luxury goods in the global market. China is becoming the largest luxury market in the world. From physical products to digital experience, from standardization to individualization, if merchants want to enter the market, they must pay attention to consumers' own experience and service requirements, combine luxury goods with new retail, and achieve a win-win result of brand and sales through omni- channel.

Deloitte Report shows that the millennial generation of China has become the main force of consumption, among which 40% of the transactions are done via digital channel. Their unique digital behaviors boost qualitative changes in the relationship between luxury brands and consumers. Meanwhile, online sales are also booming in China. More and more luxury brands are venturing into e-commerce, hoping to attract more young consumers by virtue of big data technology of new retail andomni-channel interaction with customers. Facing the rapid development of e-commerce, the direct marketing of social media, and the new millennial consumers, luxury companies must rethink the digital strategic layout.

The summit will deeply discuss hot points such as consumers' purchase path of luxury goods, the impact of different digital contacts and contents on purchasing behavior, marketing leads, online-offline transformation, consumers' digital experience, luxury travel retail, etc. to help luxury companies gain insight into digital opportunities.
